In-Home Training
Xpert Fitness Gym owner Michelle Linden can train you in your own home or at another agreed upon location. She serves areas within a 30-minute drive of her private gym in Penn Township including, but not limited to, Monroeville, Murrysville, Greensburg, Irwin, North Huntingdon, and Jeannette. All you need to do is be ready when she arrives! Minimal equipment is required.
Private Gym in Penn Township
If you would rather train in a gym outside of your home, Michelle’s private gym in Penn Township has all the gym equipment and workout space you need for an effective and efficient one-on-one or group training session without the distractions of a commercial gym. Gym access and training sessions are by appointment only.
Virtual Online Training
If In-Home or Private Gym training don’t work well for you due to time or location restraints, then maybe Virtual Online Training via Zoom would work better. Clients who train virtually with Michelle experience the same highly effective training sessions and guaranteed results as those who train with her in person.
Combination of Setting and Location Options
In-Home, Private Gym, and Virtual training options can be mixed and matched to form a flexible training schedule, providing you with options so you never have to miss a training session.
